Kinder Beauty Box: Review

There’s a brand new Vegan and Cruelty Free Beauty Box on the market, and since they’re packed full of amazing Indie Brands, they were kind enough to send us a box to review.

Kinder Beauty Box was founded by two incredible women, Daniella Monet and Evanna Lynch. They are both actresses and mega influencers on Instagram. You might recognize Evanna from her role as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter Series (Luna Lovegood totally would start a clean beauty box, so fitting). The box is 100% clean and cruelty free down to the packaging, which is recycled and biodegradable. A portion of all the sales will go towards animal rights and environmental charities, too. This box is a great way to discover new vegan brands from a totally ethical resource. The box costs $24 plus free U.S. shipping, and always includes 3 full sized products and a number of additional sample sized products. I’m going to give you guys a quick review of each product.

Honeybee Gardens Effortless Eyeliner in Belgium Chocolate – $8.99

From Brand Website

I’ve been searching high and low for the perfect brown eyeliner, and lo and behold, I’ve found it. I love me a brown smokey eye, and this is the perfect companion for that. It’s super soft and pigmented, while setting and lasting all day. The color is the perfect rich, chocolaty brown, as the name would suggest.

Andalou Naturals Tumeric + C Enlighten Serum – $24.95

From Brand Website

On top of this bottle being gorgeous, the serum seems very effective in my usage so far. This is a creamier serum, and feels a little bit moisturizing as well as brightening. I use it only in the morning under my moisturizer and makeup, and it causes no issues with makeup application or lasting. I can’t comment on any long term results, because I’ve only been using it for about a week, but it’s been pretty good so far.

Inika Organic Loose Mineral Eye Shadow – $26

From Brand Website

I got the shade Peach Fetish, which is a cute peachy pink shimmer. $26 seems very high for a single mineral eyeshadow, but this is a higher end brand. The shadow lasts all day and is very pigmented and shimmery. The packaging is also very Luxe.

100% Pure Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream – $26

From Brand Website

Woo, I love this eye cream. It’s hard for me to find an eye cream I love, and since you use such a tiny amount, it takes forever to use one up so I rarely need a new one. This one does make an immediate difference is lightening my under eye bags to make me look a bit more awake. It also feels cool and refreshing, and moisturizes just enough to make sure my concealer goes on smooth.

JUARA Skincare Rice Facial Cleanser (deluxe sample) – N/A

From Brand Website

This cleanser is great for people like me who have dry skin. It’s sulfate free, which means it doesn’t dry or strip your skin of it’s natural oils. It’s very gentle, yet removes any makeup you might’ve missed with your makeup remover or oil cleanse.

Pure Vegan Vitamin B12 Spray – Bonus Item

From Brand Website

They also included a bonus item for first time subscribers – the Pure Vegan vitamin B12 spray, which is actually my favorite item. I’m vegan, so I take a number of supplements and vitamins, and the spray form is helpful for being on less big pill I have to swallow. It tastes pleasant, almost like nothing, and one spray is your B12 supplement for the day, which is awesome.

Overall, I love this box! I love the variety of skincare and makeup items it came with. It came packaged beautifully and sustainably, and there wasn’t a single product that I wasn’t happy with. Thank you very much Kinder Beauty Box for sending this my way. The total value of January’s box, not including the bonus B12 Spray, was about $90

Although I received this for free for review purposes, this post is not sponsored and all opinions are my own. If you subscribe to the box using this link, I’ll receive a small commission. Use code BEKINDER for a free additional item in your first box.
